Funnel Draw / Integrations / WooCommerce

Funnel Draw + WooCommerce

WooCommerce orders reach Funnel Draw as purchase events with their totals, through Zapier, Make or n8n. WooCommerce's built-in webhooks post the full order object, which Funnel Draw's incoming webhook can't read directly.

How it works

Set it up

  1. Copy your incoming webhook URL

In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Incoming webhook and copy the private URL.

  2. Start a Zap on an order

In Zapier, create a Zap with the WooCommerce app and the "Order" trigger. It fires when an order is created or updated, so add a Filter by Zapier step that continues only when the status is processing or completed.

  3. Post a purchase to Funnel Draw

Add Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request, Method POST, the incoming URL, and Data {"event": "purchase", "step": "Checkout", "value": <order total>}.

  4. Or use Make

In Make, use the WooCommerce "Watch Orders" module, then HTTP → Make a request with an application/json body.

  5. Test and check

Place a test order and check Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events in Funnel Draw.

Ideas to try

Questions

Can I use WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks?

Not directly: WooCommerce sends its own order JSON, and Funnel Draw needs {"event", "value", …}. Put Zapier, Make, n8n or a small code step in between.

Why do I get several events for one order?

Zapier's Order trigger fires on updates too. Filter on status, and only send once per order.
