Funnel Draw / Integrations / Calendly
Funnel Draw + Calendly
Every Calendly booking can reach Funnel Draw as a call_booked event on your call step, through Zapier, Make or n8n. Calendly's own webhooks send their fixed payload, so one of those tools reshapes it.

How it works
- Real bookings per step See how many calls your funnel actually booked against the plan.
- Cancellations too Send cancellations as their own event so the count stays honest.
- One event per meeting type Use a different step name for each event type, such as a discovery call and a consult.
Set it up
Copy your incoming webhook URL
In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Incoming webhook and copy the private URL.
Start a Zap on a booking
In Zapier, use the Calendly "Invitee Created or Rescheduled" trigger and connect your Calendly account.
Post call_booked to Funnel Draw
Add Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request, Method POST, the incoming URL, and Data {"event": "call_booked", "step": "Discovery call", "count": 1, "data": {"type": "<event type name>"}}.
Or use Make or n8n
Make's Calendly "Watch events" module (it needs a paid Calendly plan) or n8n's Calendly Trigger on "Event created", followed by an HTTP request with the same JSON.
Test and check
Book a test slot and check Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events in Funnel Draw.
Ideas to try
When a consult is booked, count it
A dental clinic sends {"event": "call_booked", "step": "Free consult", "count": 1} for every new booking.
When a call is canceled, record it
The "Invitee Canceled" trigger sends {"event": "call_canceled", "step": "Free consult", "count": 1}.
Questions
Can I paste Funnel Draw's URL into Calendly's webhooks?
No. Calendly sends its own payload, and Funnel Draw needs {"event", "count", …}. Use Zapier, Make or n8n, or a small code step.
Do I need a paid Calendly plan?
Make's Calendly module says it needs a paid Calendly subscription; check your plan in the tool you use.
