Funnel Draw / Integrations / Shopify

Funnel Draw + Shopify

Each paid Shopify order can reach Funnel Draw as a purchase event with the order total, through Zapier, Make or n8n. Shopify's own webhooks use a fixed payload Funnel Draw can't read, so one of those tools does the mapping.

How it works

Set it up

  1. Copy your incoming webhook URL

In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Incoming webhook and copy the private URL.

  2. Start a Zap on a paid order

In Zapier, create a Zap with the Shopify app and the "New Paid Order" trigger, and connect your store.

  3. Post a purchase to Funnel Draw

Add Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request, Method POST, the incoming URL, and Data {"event": "purchase", "step": "Checkout", "value": <total price>, "data": {"order": "<order number>"}}.

  4. Or use Make

In Make, the Shopify "Watch orders" module followed by HTTP → Make a request (application/json body) does the same.

  5. Test and check

Place a test order, then look under Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events in Funnel Draw.

Ideas to try

Questions

Can I add Funnel Draw's URL as a Shopify notification webhook?

No. Shopify posts its own order JSON, and Funnel Draw needs {"event", "value", …}. Use Zapier, Make, n8n's Shopify Trigger node, or a small code step to reshape it.

Which order total should I send?

Use the total you plan with, usually the order total price; send it as a number, not text.

Where do orders appear in Funnel Draw?

Under Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events today; showing them on the steps is being built.
