Funnel Draw / Integrations / Stripe

Funnel Draw + Stripe

Stripe's own webhooks send Stripe's fixed payload, which Funnel Draw's incoming webhook can't read, so you connect them through Zapier, Make or n8n. Each payment arrives as a purchase event with its value and step, next to the revenue you planned.

How it works

Set it up

  1. Copy your incoming webhook URL

In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Incoming webhook and copy the private URL (it is shown once, then masked; Regenerate makes a new one).

  2. Start a Zap on a Stripe payment

In Zapier, create a Zap with the Stripe app and the "New Payment" trigger, or "Checkout Session Completed" if you sell through Stripe Checkout. Use only one of them, or each sale can arrive twice.

  3. Convert cents to your currency

Stripe reports amounts in the smallest unit (cents). Add a Formatter by Zapier numbers step that divides the amount by 100.

  4. Post a purchase to Funnel Draw

Add Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request, Method POST, the incoming URL, and Data {"event": "purchase", "step": "Checkout", "value": <amount>, "data": {"email": "<customer email>"}}. Add funnelId to tie it to one funnel.

  5. Test and check

Run the test, then look under Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events in Funnel Draw.

Ideas to try

Questions

Can I paste Funnel Draw's incoming URL into Stripe's webhook settings?

No. Stripe sends its own event format, and Funnel Draw needs {"event", "value", …}. Go through Zapier, Make or n8n, or a small code step that reshapes the event.

Why do I see each sale twice?

Zapier's Stripe "New Payment" and "Checkout Session Completed" (or "New Charge") can fire for the same sale. Pick one trigger.

Does Funnel Draw show payments on the canvas yet?

Today the events are stored and listed under Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events; showing them on the steps is being built.
