Gumroad's Ping posts each sale straight to Funnel Draw, which records it as a purchase on the step you picked and turns the price from cents into dollars. No Zapier is needed, and refunds are not counted as sales.

How it works

Real sales beside the forecast See how many people bought and what they paid next to what your plan expected at checkout.
No automation tool needed Gumroad posts its own Ping to your address, so there is no Zap to build or pay for.
Refunds left out A refund ping is acknowledged but not stored as a sale, so the count stays honest.

Set it up

Create Gumroad's address in Funnel Draw
Open Integrations → Gumroad, pick the funnel and the step your sales land on (for example Checkout), and click "Create Gumroad's address". Copy it now: it is shown in full only once, and Regenerate makes a new one.
Paste it as Gumroad's Ping endpoint
In Gumroad go to Settings → Advanced, paste the address into Ping endpoint and click Update settings. Gumroad then posts every sale on your account to it.
Know what Funnel Draw reads
Gumroad sends a form post with the price in USD cents. Funnel Draw divides it by 100 (2900 becomes 29) and keeps the sale ID, product name and buyer email with the event.
Or go through Zapier, Make or n8n
In Zapier: the Gumroad "Sale" trigger, a Formatter by Zapier step that divides Price by 100, then Webhooks by Zapier → POST (a paid Zapier plan) to the address with Payload Type JSON and a value field. Make's Gumroad "Watch New Sales" and n8n's Gumroad Trigger work the same way; divide the price by 100 there too.
Check the sale in the Gumroad panel
Buy your own product once, then open Integrations → Gumroad in Funnel Draw: the sale shows in the latest events and "Last sale" updates. A test purchase of your own product counts like any other sale.

When a brush pack sells, record a purchase
An illustrator sells a $29 Procreate brush pack on Gumroad; each sale reaches the Checkout step of her launch funnel as a purchase of 29.
When a course pre-order sells, compare with the launch
A watercolor teacher pre-sells her course at $79; purchases on the Pre-order step show whether her launch emails reached the 40 sales the forecast planned.

Questions

Does Gumroad's Ping send JSON?

No. It sends a form post (application/x-www-form-urlencoded). Funnel Draw reads Gumroad's form post as it is, so you paste the address and nothing else. If you go through Zapier, Make or n8n instead, send JSON.

Why is my Gumroad price 100 times too big?

Gumroad reports the price in USD cents. The direct Ping way divides by 100 for you; in Zapier add a Formatter by Zapier step (Numbers → Perform Math Operation → Divide by 100) before the webhook.

Are Gumroad refunds counted?

No. A refund ping (resource_name refund, or a sale marked refunded) is acknowledged and not stored as a sale.

Can I send only one product's sales?

Gumroad's Ping covers every sale on your account. To send one product only, use Zapier's Gumroad "Sale" trigger with a Filter by Zapier step on the product name.
