Funnel Draw / Integrations / Google Sheets

Funnel Draw + Google Sheets

A new row in a Google Sheet (an offline sale, a phone lead, a daily count) can reach Funnel Draw as an event with its value, through Zapier, Make or n8n. Funnel Draw's outgoing webhooks can also add a row for each funnel change or finished task.

How it works

Set it up

  1. Copy your incoming webhook URL

In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Incoming webhook and copy the private URL.

  2. Lay out the sheet

Use one row per event with columns such as event, step and value (for example purchase, Phone order, 120).

  3. Start a Zap on a new row

In Zapier, use the Google Sheets "New Spreadsheet Row" trigger and pick the spreadsheet and worksheet.

  4. Post the event to Funnel Draw

Add Webhooks by Zapier → Custom Request, Method POST, the incoming URL, and Data {"event": "<event column>", "step": "<step column>", "value": <value column>}.

  5. Test and check

Add a row, then check Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events in Funnel Draw.

Questions

Can a sheet post to Funnel Draw without Zapier?

Yes for developers: a Google Apps Script bound to the sheet can send the JSON with UrlFetchApp.fetch on a trigger. Zapier, Make or n8n is the no-code route.

Why is my row rejected?

The value cell must be sent as a number, not text with a currency sign. Keep the cell numeric.
