Funnel Draw / Integrations / Google Forms
Funnel Draw + Google Forms
Google Forms has no webhook, so a Zap or a Make scenario passes each new response to Google Forms' address in Funnel Draw, where it counts as one lead on the step you picked. The post needs no body at all: each one is a lead.

How it works
- Free forms, real lead counts See how many people filled in your form next to the leads your plan expected.
- One post, one lead The address already knows the funnel, the step and the event, so nothing has to be mapped.
- Answers kept as context Add an answer such as the email under data to keep it with each lead.
Set it up
Create Google Forms' address in Funnel Draw
Open Integrations → Google Forms, pick the funnel and the step the form sits on, and click "Create Google Forms' address". Copy it now: it is shown in full only once, and Regenerate makes a new one.
Start a Zap on a new response
In Zapier, create a Zap with the Google Forms app and the "New Form Response" trigger, connect your Google account and pick the form. Use "New Form Response", not "New or Updated Form Response", so each lead counts once.
Post the lead to Funnel Draw
Add Webhooks by Zapier → POST (a paid Zapier plan): the address as URL and Payload Type JSON. Each post counts one lead; add a Data row such as data__email = the email answer to keep it with the lead.
Or use Make or n8n
In Make, Google Forms "Watch Responses" followed by HTTP → Make a request, POST, application/JSON. n8n has no Google Forms node: link the form to a response sheet (Responses → Link to Sheets) and use the Google Sheets Trigger on Row Added, then an HTTP Request node, POST.
Check the lead in the Google Forms panel
Send one test response, then open Integrations → Google Forms in Funnel Draw: it shows in the latest events. If it isn't there yet, give Zapier a few minutes to pick it up.
Ideas to try
When a consultation is requested, record a lead
A dental clinic runs a free whitening consultation form in Google Forms; each response lands on the Consultation form step of its Facebook ad funnel as one lead.
When someone joins the waitlist, count the lead
A watercolor course collects waitlist sign-ups in a Google Form and sends {"data": {"email": "<email answer>"}} for each response, to see if the waitlist hits the 300 leads the launch plan needs.
Questions
Does Google Forms have webhooks?
No, Google Forms has no webhook setting. Use Zapier's "New Form Response" or Make's "Watch Responses" to pass each response on.
Can Google Forms post to Funnel Draw without Zapier?
Only with a Google Apps Script on the form: an onFormSubmit trigger that calls UrlFetchApp.fetch to POST to your Google Forms address. Each post counts one lead.
Will an edited response count twice?
Not with "New Form Response": it fires once per new response. "New or Updated Form Response" also fires on edits, so avoid it for counting leads.
