How it works

Set it up

  1. Connect with Google

In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Google Analytics (owners and admins) and click Connect with Google. Allow read-only access to Google Analytics.

  2. Pick your property

Choose the property of your funnel's site. Its last 90 days come in within a minute, and recent days are read again every 6 hours.

  3. Link your pages

On the canvas, open a page step → Numbers → Link an app → Google Analytics, and pick the page (and, if you like, the visitors from one source).

Questions

Pixel or Google Analytics?

Where nobody is asked about cookies, the two land close. Where a banner asks, or people block Google, Google Analytics shows fewer. Google Analytics has your past months; the pixel counts from the day it's on your site. A step counts its visitors from one of them; the step panel shows both numbers so you can compare.

What does Funnel Draw do with my Google Analytics data?

It reads, read only, the visitors per page and day, forms sent and key events, with their session source, and shows them on your funnel's steps in your workspace. It never changes anything in Google Analytics and never shares the data. Disconnect any time: the numbers read from it are deleted with the connection.

How fresh are the numbers?

Recent days are read every 6 hours (Google Analytics itself is a few hours behind). Read now in the panel reads them at once.
