Funnel Draw + HighLevel

A HighLevel workflow's Custom Webhook action can post Funnel Draw's JSON directly, because its CUSTOM mode lets you write the raw body. Leads, booked appointments and won opportunities then arrive as events on the right step.

How it works

Set it up

  1. Copy your incoming webhook URL

In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Incoming webhook and copy the private URL. Agencies: use the client's workspace.

  2. Add a Custom Webhook action

In HighLevel go to Automation → Workflows, open the workflow, then + Add action → Send Data → Custom Webhook.

  3. Set the request

Set Event to CUSTOM, Method POST, URL the incoming webhook URL, Content-Type application/json.

  4. Write the body

In Raw Body write the JSON, for example {"event": "call_booked", "step": "Consult", "count": 1, "data": {"email": "{{contact.email}}"}}, using the tag icon to insert dynamic values.

  5. Save and test

Click Save Action, test with a sample contact, and check Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events in Funnel Draw.

Ideas to try

Questions

Is Custom Webhook a premium action?

Several HighLevel resellers list it as a premium workflow action that may be billed per run; check your account's pricing.

Can I use Zapier instead?

Zapier's LeadConnector app currently lists one trigger, Pipeline Stage Changed, which works for won opportunities. For leads and bookings, the workflow's Custom Webhook action is the more direct route.

Why is my request rejected?

Funnel Draw needs an event, and value and count must be numbers. Numbers sent as text ("297") are read as numbers; text like "$297" is refused with 400.
