Funnel Draw / Integrations / Facebook Lead Ads
Funnel Draw + Facebook Lead Ads
Each lead from a Facebook or Instagram lead form reaches Funnel Draw as one lead on the funnel step you picked, through Zapier, Make or n8n. Meta's own webhook only carries a lead id, not the answers, so one of those tools fetches the lead and posts it to Facebook Lead Ads' private address in Funnel Draw.

How it works
- Ad leads next to the plan See how many leads your lead form really brought in against the number your forecast expected.
- Each form on its step Pick the Page and the form in the trigger, so each lead form counts where it belongs in the funnel.
- Email kept with each lead Map the lead's email into the body to keep it with the event in Funnel Draw.
Set it up
Create Facebook Lead Ads' address in Funnel Draw
In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Facebook Lead Ads, pick the funnel and the step its leads land on, and click "Create Facebook Lead Ads' address". Copy it now: it is shown in full once (Regenerate makes a new one).
Start a Zap on a new lead
In Zapier, create a Zap with the Facebook Lead Ads "New Lead" trigger, connect your Facebook account, and pick the Page and the lead form.
Post the lead to Funnel Draw
Add Webhooks by Zapier → POST, paste the address as the URL, set Payload Type to JSON, and add Data count = 1 and data__email = the lead's email. Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan (Professional or higher).
Or use Make or n8n
In Make, use Facebook Lead Ads "Watch Leads" then HTTP → Make a request: POST, Body content type application/JSON, body {"count": 1} as a JSON string. In n8n, use the Facebook Lead Ads Trigger (only one per Facebook app) then an HTTP Request node: POST, Send Body, JSON.
Check the lead in Funnel Draw
Send a test lead with Meta's Lead Ads Testing Tool or submit the form yourself, then open Integrations → Facebook Lead Ads in Funnel Draw: the panel shows when the last lead came in and the latest events.
Ideas to try
When a lead form is filled, count a lead
A dental clinic runs an Instagram lead ad for whitening, and each lead from its "Whitening offer" form counts on the "Lead form" step of its funnel.
When a free class is claimed, count it
A gym sends leads from its "Free trial class" form to the "Claim free class" step and checks cost per lead against the plan each week.
When a valuation is requested, count a lead
A real estate agency sends leads from its "Free home valuation" form to the "Valuation request" step, with the email in data.
Questions
Can Facebook Lead Ads post straight to Funnel Draw?
No. Meta's lead webhook needs your own Meta app on the Page and only sends a lead id; the answers have to be fetched separately. Zapier, Make or n8n do that for you and then post to Funnel Draw.
Why doesn't my form appear in Zapier or Make?
A form usually shows only after it has received at least one lead, and if your business uses Leads Access in Meta Business settings (Integrations → Leads Access), the tool must be assigned there as a CRM.
Do I need a paid Zapier plan?
For this setup, yes: Webhooks by Zapier needs Professional or higher. Make's HTTP module and n8n's HTTP Request node do the same job on their own plans.
Can I use more than one n8n workflow for my leads?
n8n allows only one Facebook Lead Ads Trigger per Facebook app, so handle all your forms in one workflow or use a second Facebook app.
