Funnel Draw / Integrations / Cal.com

Funnel Draw + Cal.com

Each new Cal.com booking reaches Funnel Draw as one booking on the funnel step you picked. Cal.com's own webhook posts straight to its private address in Funnel Draw, and its custom payload template can add the attendee's email.

How it works

Set it up

  1. Create Cal.com's address in Funnel Draw

In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Cal.com, pick the funnel and the step its bookings land on, and click "Create Cal.com's address". Copy it now: it is shown in full once (Regenerate makes a new one).

  2. Add a webhook in Cal.com

In Cal.com open Settings → Developer → Webhooks and create a new webhook. Paste the Funnel Draw address as the Subscriber URL.

  3. Pick Booking Created

Under event triggers, tick only Booking Created, so the address receives new bookings and nothing else. Funnel Draw reads Cal.com's own booking body as it is.

  4. Optional: send the email with a payload template

To keep the booker's email with each booking, set the custom Payload Template to {"count": 1, "data": {"email": "{{attendees.0.email}}"}} and save.

  5. Or go through Zapier, Make or n8n

Zapier's Cal.com "Booking Created" trigger, Make's "Watch Booking Created" module or n8n's Cal.com Trigger, followed by a POST to the same address, also work. Webhooks by Zapier needs a paid Zapier plan (Professional or higher).

  6. Check the booking in Funnel Draw

Book a test slot, then open Integrations → Cal.com in Funnel Draw: the panel shows when the last booking came in and the latest events.

Questions

Can I paste Funnel Draw's address into Cal.com's webhooks?

Yes. Create Cal.com's address in Funnel Draw (Integrations → Cal.com), then add it as the Subscriber URL under Settings → Developer → Webhooks with the Booking Created trigger.

Do I need a custom payload template?

No. Funnel Draw reads Cal.com's own booking body. The template is only useful to choose exactly what is sent, such as the attendee's email or a fixed value.

Can I count only one event type?

Yes. Cal.com lets you attach a webhook to a single event type instead of your whole account, so only those bookings reach the address.
