Funnel Draw + Braze

How it works

• Action-based Fires on a purchase or a custom event.
• Liquid fields Amount and email from the event and the user.
• Retried Braze retries failed sends for up to a day.

Set it up

1. Create its address

   In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Braze, pick the funnel and the step it counts on, and create Braze's address. Copy it: it's shown in full once.

2. Send it from Braze

   In Braze open Messaging → Campaigns → Create Campaign → Webhook, the address as the URL, Method POST, Request body JSON, delivered action-based on the event to count, and paste the body Funnel Draw shows. Funnel Draw shows the body to paste, in Braze's own template syntax: change "purchase" to the event the step counts (sign_up, trial, lead…) and point the value at the property holding the amount.

3. Link the steps

   Link Braze on the step the event counts on.

4. Check it arrives

   Send a test or wait for the next real event: it shows up under Latest events in the same panel, and on the step's Real results on the canvas.
