Funnel Draw + Zapier
Funnel Draw's outgoing webhooks start a Zap whenever a funnel is created, changed or deleted, or a checklist task is ticked done. A Zap can also post purchases, leads and booked calls from your other apps into your workspace's incoming webhook.

How it works
- Tell your team what changed A funnel edit or a finished launch task can post to Slack, email or a project tool without anyone copying links by hand.
- Bring real sales back A Zap turns a Stripe payment or a Shopify order into a purchase event with its value, so the real numbers sit next to your plan.
- No code needed Catch Hook reads Funnel Draw's JSON into fields you can map, and a POST action sends your fields back as JSON.
Set it up
Create a Catch Hook trigger
In Zapier, create a Zap, click the Trigger step, choose Webhooks by Zapier and set Event to Catch Hook, then Continue. Webhooks by Zapier needs a Professional plan or higher.
Copy the webhook URL
On the trigger's Test tab, click Copy next to the webhook URL. Treat it like a password: anyone who has it can start your Zap.
Add it in Funnel Draw
In Funnel Draw open your workspace, then Integrations → Webhooks → Add. Paste the URL, tick the events you want (funnel.created, funnel.updated, funnel.deleted, task.completed) and save. Copy the signing secret now: it is shown once.
Send a test and map fields
Click Send test on the webhook in Funnel Draw (it sends a ping event), then click Test trigger in Zapier. Fields such as data funnel name, data funnel url and data task text become available to the next steps.
Add an action
Add the step that should happen, for example Slack or Google Sheets, map the fields, and publish the Zap.
To send data in, add a POST
For the other direction, add a Webhooks by Zapier action with Event set to POST, paste your incoming webhook URL from Integrations → Incoming webhook, set Payload Type to json, and add the fields event, step and value (for example purchase, Checkout, 49). Numbers sent as text, like "49" or "297.50", are read as numbers.
Ideas to try
When a funnel changes, post to Slack
An agency listens to funnel.updated and adds a Slack "Send Channel Message" action with the funnel's name and link, so the account manager sees each client funnel edit (at most one message per funnel every 5 minutes).
When a checklist task is done, add a row to Google Sheets
A watercolor course launch listens to task.completed and adds a Google Sheets "Create Spreadsheet Row" action with the task text, the funnel name and the time, giving the team a running launch log.
When Stripe takes a payment, send a purchase to Funnel Draw
A Zap with the Stripe "New Payment" trigger runs a Custom Request that posts {"event": "purchase", "step": "Checkout", "value": <amount>} to the incoming webhook URL. Stripe reports amounts in cents, so divide by 100 first (a Formatter by Zapier numbers step does this).
Questions
Can Zapier check the FunnelDraw-Signature header?
Not with a built-in setting. Catch Raw Hook passes the raw body and headers, so a Code by Zapier step could check the HMAC if you write the code; most people keep the Catch Hook URL private instead and change it if it leaks.
Can Zapier send the value as text?
Yes. Funnel Draw reads "49" or "297.50" as a number. A value that isn't a number ("USD 297") is refused with 400, so map the amount field, not a formatted price.
Where do incoming events show up?
Today they are stored and listed under Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events. Showing them on the funnel's steps is being built.
Does it work on Zapier's free plan?
No. Zapier lists Webhooks by Zapier triggers and actions for Professional, Team and Enterprise plans only.
