Funnel Draw + Make

A Make custom webhook receives Funnel Draw's events (funnel created, updated, deleted, task completed) and runs a scenario. Make's HTTP module can post sales, leads and booked calls from your other apps into Funnel Draw's incoming webhook.

How it works

Visual scenarios on funnel events Route a funnel change or a finished task to Slack, a CRM or a sheet with Make's routers and filters.
Sales and leads flow back Make's Shopify, Stripe or Typeform modules feed an HTTP request that sends Funnel Draw the event, the step and the value.
Fields mapped for you Make reads the first test request and turns Funnel Draw's JSON into fields you can map in every later module.

Set it up

Add a Custom webhook
In Make's Scenario Builder, add Webhooks → Custom webhook, click Add next to the Webhook field, give it a name and click Save. Make generates a URL.
Copy the URL and run the scenario
Copy the webhook address to your clipboard, then click Run once so the module waits for a request.
Add it in Funnel Draw
In Funnel Draw open Integrations → Webhooks → Add, paste the Make URL, tick the events you want and save. Keep the signing secret that is shown once.
Send a test
Click Send test on the webhook in Funnel Draw. Make receives the ping, learns the data structure, and the fields (event, data funnel name, data funnel url, data task text) appear for mapping.
Add your modules and turn it on
Add the modules that should run, map the fields, save, and switch the scenario on. A webhook not attached to any scenario for 5 days is deactivated by Make.
To send data in, use HTTP → Make a request
Add HTTP → Make a request with Method POST and your incoming webhook URL from Funnel Draw's Integrations → Incoming webhook. Set Body content type to application/json and write the body, for example {"event": "lead", "step": "Opt-in page", "count": 1}.

Ideas to try

When a funnel is created, open a task in your project tool
An agency's scenario listens to funnel.created and creates a task named after the funnel with its link, so every new client funnel gets a review task.
When a Shopify order is paid, send a purchase to Funnel Draw
A Shopify store uses the Shopify "Watch orders" module, then HTTP → Make a request posts {"event": "purchase", "step": "Checkout", "value": <order total>} to the incoming webhook URL.
When a checklist task is done, post to Slack
A dental clinic's marketing lead listens to task.completed and sends the task text and funnel name to a Slack channel.

Questions

Can Make verify the FunnelDraw-Signature header?

Not easily. The Custom webhook parses the body, and checking an HMAC needs the exact raw bytes, so treat the webhook URL as a secret. If you need signature checks, receive the webhook in n8n or Pipedream, where a code step can verify it.

Make doesn't show the new fields

Open the Custom webhook module, click Detect new values (re-determine the data structure) and click Send test in Funnel Draw again.

Where do the events I send in appear?

Under Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events in Funnel Draw. Showing them on the funnel's steps is being built.
