Set it up

Connect Funnel Draw to your AI
In Funnel Draw, open Workspace → Integrations → Claude and ChatGPT and copy https://app.funneldraw.com/mcp. In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector, paste it and connect; in ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode, then Create app with the address and OAuth. Sign in to Funnel Draw and pick the workspace the AI works in.
Connect Slack to the same AI
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, add Slack and finish Slack's sign-in. Slack lists Claude.ai, Claude Code, Cursor and Perplexity as clients for its MCP server (https://mcp.slack.com/mcp). Your Slack workspace admin may need to approve the app.
Ask for the report
For example: "Run weekly_report on my Dental clinic funnel and draft a 5-line summary for #marketing: plan vs real, biggest leak, one action. Show me before posting."
Review the post in Slack
Read the draft, then tell the AI to post it or schedule it for Monday 9:00.
Note the result on the step
Ask the AI to add the Slack message link and what it made (the date it was shared) to the step's notes with update_funnel, or paste it on the step yourself in the canvas. The next time the AI reads the funnel with get_funnel, it sees what is already done.

Questions

Does Funnel Draw connect to Slack directly?

No. Funnel Draw has no direct Slack integration. Your AI holds two connections, Funnel Draw's MCP and Slack's own, reads the step from one and works in the other. Funnel Draw never sees your Slack login.

Can the AI read private channels?

Slack's MCP only reaches what your Slack account can see, and workspace admins approve and manage MCP clients.

Can it post on a schedule by itself?

No. MCP works inside a chat you start. Slack's MCP can schedule a message you approved for a later time.
