How it works

Emails follow the funnel's plan Number of emails, timing and offer come from the follow-up step, so the sequence matches the open and click rates the forecast assumed.
Drafts, not sends Flows stay in Draft and campaigns unscheduled until you approve; you can also turn off Klaviyo's write tools entirely.
Real results back to the plan The AI can read Klaviyo's flow numbers and note them on the step next to the plan.

Set it up

Connect Funnel Draw to your AI
In Funnel Draw, open Workspace → Integrations → Claude and ChatGPT and copy https://app.funneldraw.com/mcp. In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector, paste it and connect; in ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode, then Create app with the address and OAuth. Sign in to Funnel Draw and pick the workspace the AI works in.
Connect Klaviyo to the same AI
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Browse Connectors, search Klaviyo and connect, then click Allow. In ChatGPT, install the Klaviyo app (or add https://mcp.klaviyo.com/mcp as a Developer mode app with OAuth). You need the Owner, Admin or Manager role in Klaviyo.
Ask for the sequence
For example: "Read the Welcome emails step in my Shopify store funnel and build it in Klaviyo as a flow on my Newsletter list: 4 emails over 7 days. Keep the flow in Draft and don't send anything."
Review it in Klaviyo
Open Flows, read each email, check the timing and the list, and switch the flow to Live yourself when it's right.
Note the result on the step
Ask the AI to add the Klaviyo flow link and what it made (the flow name and its status) to the step's notes with update_funnel, or paste it on the step yourself in the canvas. The next time the AI reads the funnel with get_funnel, it sees what is already done.

When the welcome step is planned, Klaviyo gets the flow in Draft
A Shopify store's AI writes 4 welcome emails from the step (10% first-order code, day 0/1/3/7) and builds the flow paused for review.
When a launch date is set, Klaviyo gets the campaign drafts
A watercolor course has the AI draft the three launch emails from the launch step as unscheduled campaigns.
When the weekly review runs, Klaviyo numbers go on the step
The AI reads the flow's open and click rates and notes them on the follow-up step beside the planned rates.

Questions

Does Funnel Draw connect to Klaviyo directly?

No. Funnel Draw has no direct Klaviyo integration. Your AI holds two connections, Funnel Draw's MCP and Klaviyo's own, reads the step from one and works in the other. Funnel Draw never sees your Klaviyo login.

Can the AI send emails by mistake?

Klaviyo's MCP has a send_campaign tool, so tell it to keep drafts and approve each action. Klaviyo also lets you disable its write tools.

Can I connect several Klaviyo accounts, like an agency?

Klaviyo's docs say to add one custom connector per account with a ?company= parameter on the URL (Claude Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise). In Funnel Draw, each client is its own workspace.
