Set it up

Connect Funnel Draw to your AI
In Funnel Draw, open Workspace → Integrations → Claude and ChatGPT and copy https://app.funneldraw.com/mcp. In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector, paste it and connect; in ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode, then Create app with the address and OAuth. Sign in to Funnel Draw and pick the workspace the AI works in.
Connect Notion to the same AI
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector and paste https://mcp.notion.com/mcp (or pick Notion from Browse connectors); in Claude Code run `claude mcp add --transport http notion https://mcp.notion.com/mcp`. In ChatGPT, add Notion from the apps directory. Complete Notion's sign-in.
Ask for the pages
For example: "Read the checklist in my Dental clinic funnel and create a Notion page per task under 'Clinic launch', with subtasks as to-dos and the step name at the top."
Review it in Notion
Check the pages, assign owners and dates in Notion.
Note the result on the step
Ask the AI to add the Notion link and what it made (the parent page) to the step's notes with update_funnel, or paste it on the step yourself in the canvas. The next time the AI reads the funnel with get_funnel, it sees what is already done.

Questions

Does Funnel Draw connect to Notion directly?

No. Funnel Draw has no direct Notion integration. Your AI holds two connections, Funnel Draw's MCP and Notion's own, reads the step from one and works in the other. Funnel Draw never sees your Notion login.

What can the AI see in Notion?

Notion says MCP tools act with your full Notion permissions, so the AI can reach anything you can. Enterprise admins can restrict which AI apps connect.

Does ticking a task in Notion tick it in Funnel Draw?

No, nothing syncs on its own. Ask the AI to update the funnel's checklist with update_funnel, or tick it in the canvas.
