Set it up

Connect Funnel Draw to your AI
In Funnel Draw, open Workspace → Integrations → Claude and ChatGPT and copy https://app.funneldraw.com/mcp. In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector, paste it and connect; in ChatGPT, go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode, then Create app with the address and OAuth. Sign in to Funnel Draw and pick the workspace the AI works in.
Connect Gmail to the same AI
In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors, choose Gmail and sign in with your Google account (on Team and Enterprise, an Owner enables it first). ChatGPT also has a Gmail app in its apps directory.
Ask for the drafts
For example: "Read the Follow-up step in my Dental clinic funnel. Find this week's emails from people who asked for a whitening quote and draft a follow-up to each in Gmail. Don't send."
Review in Gmail Drafts
Open Drafts, edit, and send the ones you like.
Note the result on the step
Ask the AI to add the Gmail link and what it made (how many drafts and replies) to the step's notes with update_funnel, or paste it on the step yourself in the canvas. The next time the AI reads the funnel with get_funnel, it sees what is already done.

Questions

Does Funnel Draw connect to Gmail directly?

No. Funnel Draw has no direct Gmail integration. Your AI holds two connections, Funnel Draw's MCP and Gmail's own, reads the step from one and works in the other. Funnel Draw never sees your Gmail login.

Can Claude send emails from my Gmail?

Claude's help center says it can send, reply and forward, and asks for your approval before each one by default. Ask for drafts if you want to send yourself.

Can it read attachments?

Claude's Gmail connector reads attachment metadata, not the attachment's content.
