How it works

Your statuses, their sections Each status on the Tasks page goes to the section you pick, so the board looks the way your team already works.
New tasks land in a funnel A task your team adds in Asana becomes a task on the funnel you choose, in its checklist.

Set it up

Connect Asana
Press Connect Asana and allow Funnel Draw on Asana's page. Only the workspace's owner or an admin can connect.
Pick the project
Choose the project your tasks go to. Every task in this workspace is added there.
Match statuses to sections
Each status on the Tasks page gets a section. We suggest a match from the names; change any of them.
Pick the funnel for new tasks
A task made in Asana is added to this funnel's checklist.
Work where you like
Changes go across in a few seconds. If Asana can't reach us, everything still catches up within 5 minutes.
