Funnel Draw + Webhooks

How it works

• Four events that matter funnel.created, funnel.updated (at most one per funnel every 5 minutes), funnel.deleted and task.completed.
• Signed, so you can trust it Each delivery carries FunnelDraw-Signature: t=…,v1=…, an HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp and body with your secret.
• Retries you can see Failed deliveries retry at 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 6 hours, and every attempt is listed with its status code.

Set it up

1. Add your endpoint

   In Funnel Draw, open your workspace → Integrations → Webhooks → Add. Paste an https URL and tick the events you want.

2. Keep the secret

   The signing secret is shown once when you add the webhook. Store it where your endpoint can read it.

3. Verify each delivery

   Compute HMAC-SHA256 of "<t>.<raw body>" with the secret and compare it with v1 in the FunnelDraw-Signature header. Reject old timestamps.

4. Send a test

   Press Send test to get a ping event now, then check the deliveries list for its status and response code.

Ideas to try

• When a task is done, close the ticket

  Your endpoint receives task.completed with the task's text and the funnel, and closes the matching ticket in your tracker.

• When a funnel changes, refresh the report

  funnel.updated tells your reporting job to pull the new forecast through the API and rebuild the client's dashboard.
