Funnel Draw / Integrations / Incoming webhook
Funnel Draw + Incoming webhook
Each workspace has a private address that accepts your sales, leads and bookings as small JSON events. Post to it from your checkout, your CRM or an automation tool.
Developers · Webhooks
How it works
- One small format An event name, and optionally the funnel, the step, a value and a count. Anything else goes in data.
- A private address The URL carries its own secret token, shown once and then masked. Regenerate it any time and the old one stops working.
- See what arrived The last events are listed on the Integrations page, so you can check a setup in seconds.
Set it up
Get your address
In Funnel Draw, open your workspace → Integrations → Incoming webhook and copy the URL (
https://app.funneldraw.com/hooks/in/fd_in_…).Post an event
Send a POST with a JSON body such as {"event": "purchase", "step": "buy", "value": 297}. It answers 202 when the event is stored.
Connect your tools
Checkouts and CRMs send their own fixed payloads, so connect them through Zapier, Make or n8n, which map their fields to this format.
Check it arrived
Open Integrations → Incoming webhook → recent events and find your event at the top.
Ideas to try
Every paid order, as it happens
Your store's order-paid event goes through Make, which posts {event: purchase, step: buy, value: the order total} to your address.
Booked calls from your calendar
A booking tool's new-invitee event becomes {event: call_booked, step: call} through Zapier.
Questions
Are there limits?
Bodies up to 32 KB and 60 requests a minute per address.
Can Stripe or Shopify post straight to it?
Not yet: they send their own payloads. Connect them through Zapier, Make or n8n, which reshape the event in a step.
Do incoming events show on my funnel?
Today they're stored and listed on the Integrations page; showing them on their steps, next to the plan, is what we're building now.
